Delete your account

How to delete your GravityGate account and all associated data directly in the app.

Sign in to the app with your account.
Tap your profile picture in the top-left corner.
Tap “Account & Security”.
Tap “Privacy”.
Tap “Delete account”.
Confirm the deletion in the confirmation dialog.

Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. Your profile and your private location and movement data are deleted without delay. Trails you've already published remain online but are anonymized so they can no longer be linked to your account.

No longer have access to the app? Email us at hello@gravitygate.app and we'll delete your account manually. See our privacy policy for details on how we process your data.
